We Welcome Your Feedback

MRS Independent Living aims to provide good services to disabled and older people as well as to their carers.

• Sometimes we will get things wrong and the service may not be good enough. We rely on the support and trust of those using our service. We use complaints to improve how we work so let us know if you are not satisfied.

• We aim to respond quickly to complaints whilst having full access to new and existing services from the organisation.

• MRS Independent Living also welcomes suggestions for new or improved services and for positive feedback that helps our staff know they are getting things right.
