Mindfulness for Health

Hackney's Heathly Mindfulness programme is part of Connect Hackney and a partnership between Hoxton Health and MRS Independent Living.

Together we will be providing a programme of mediation and movement for those over 50 living in Hackney.

If grief, anxiety or pain are causing you to become withdrawn our 8-week mindfulness course, a mixture of relaxation and movement techniques could help you.

By focusing on your breath and the present moment, mindfulness can help you deal with pain and anxiety boosting your confidence so you can get more out of life.
