We have two Dudes groups, one for older men living in or near Hackney, and one for City of London residents.

Hackney Dudes
Our longest-running and most well-established group, the Hackney Dudes is a lively community of older men living in or near Hackney who take part in a packed programme of activities every week.
At the heart of the programme is a weekly social drop-in with free hot lunch, hosted every Friday, 11am to 1pm at Dalston Eastern Curve Garden.

City Dudes
Our newest group for older men living in the City of London, currently offering a men’s exercise class followed by a social every Thursday at Portsoken Community Centre.
