You’re warmly invited to join us for our Keeping Sharp Winter Wellness Celebration on Thursday 4 December, 12–4pm at the Marie Lloyd Centre (329 Queensbridge Road, E8 3LA).

We’ve planned a warm and welcoming afternoon with:

  • Short taster sessions from our fantastic exercise instructors

  • Healthy living activities and interactive wellbeing stands

  • A delicious lunch served by Nerine at Holly Street Luncheon Club

  • Christmas carols from the Hackney Dudes band
